The ultimate course and tuition fee database

Comprehensive databases of university courses - tuition fees, entry requirements, course URLs, scholarships and more.

The data is provided within Microsoft Excel databases which enable easy comparison of information across competitors. You can search for courses by institution, geographical region, mission group, award type or subject area (CAH3 subject codes).

Monthly updates will be provided whilst the 2024/25 databases are being created, with data for all public higher education institutions collated by the end of March 2024 and all included alternative providers by the end of April. Contact us to discuss which universities will be included in the next available release.

Each year we continue to improve Courses 360 by taking on board client feedback. New for 2024/25 is:

  • Brand new Scholarships and Bursaries Database, one of the most requested features and months in the planning!
  • Extended undergraduate database - inclusion of a greater range of courses, e.g. apprenticeships, foundation degrees, top-ups, higher technical qualifications and more.
  • Extended postgraduate coverage - inclusion of degree apprenticeships and top-up/dissertation only masters.
  • Accreditations – list of bodies accrediting or certifying courses – a highly requested feature!
  • Primary Key Identifier – for future tracking of courses withdrawn as well as introduced.
  • T-level entry requirements (UG database).
  • A-level and Tariff point ranges (UG database).

A database of bachelors and integrated masters courses, plus top-ups, degree apprenticeships, higher technical qualifications and more. Data provided on International tuition fees, along with UCAS codes, accreditations and course page URLs. *

Undergraduate entry requirements 2024/25

A database of bachelors and integrated masters courses, plus top-ups, degree apprenticeships, higher technical qualifications and more. Data provided on UCAS codes, academic entry requirements (Tariff points, A-Level/Scottish Higher grades, T-Level and BTEC grades), and English language requirements (IELTS - overall and constituent components). *

*Availability of options to enter the course via a foundation year, undertake a sandwich year placement or undertake study abroad are noted in the database.

Postgraduate taught tuition fees & entry requirements 2024/25

A database of Postgraduate Taught (PGT) courses offered by UK institutions in all enrolment periods, including those taught via distance learning. Data points include UK and international tuition fees, accreditations, alumni discount, study modes, delivery methods, enrolment dates, plus entry requirements (IELTS, academic requirements and for MBAs, the minimum work experience).

Scholarships and bursaries 2024/25

A database of internal scholarships and bursaries advertised by public UK HEIs, including target market, criteria (academic/widening participation), length and value.
