Benchmarking and Evaluation Tools
Benchmarking is a standard against which something can be measured. Any organisation - whether commercial or not for profit - needs to seek regular feedback and commentary from its stakeholders, its audiences, or its customers to determine how well it is performing.
The Knowledge Partnership has strong experience in benchmarking and evaluation and we offer the following tools and services which we have developed specifically for the education sector:
- MaXimizE (Market Orientation Excellence in Education) international benchmarking evaluation
- Evaluation of marketing and communications approach/activity (our 6 step model)
- Marketing effectiveness and efficiency inventory/audit
- Reputation Assessor Evaluation
- Portfolio (academic courses) analysis tool EMMAP
- Evaluation of student, stakeholder and client affinity and satisfaction
- Job evaluation and benchmarking of marketing and communications related management roles etc.
We have developed and regularly conduct practical but effective benchmarking where schools, colleges and universities can place their results into the context of a larger peer group nationally and internationally. This also provides evidence based professional learning for these growing but still relatively new areas of management and practice.
