Portfolio Size Optimiser

Has the portfolio of a particular school expanded on an ad hoc basis? Concerned that it is now flabby and prone to internal competition? We use a technique called TURF with prospective students to find out what the optimal range/ideal range of programmes should be (smallest range to achieve the largest reach).
